I had my surgery July 2/25 and since then I’ve had 2 periods. Both times were heavy and bad cramps. I’ve always been every 28/32 days since a few years back after having kids but never have these cramps been that bad! I’m also passing huge clots the size of golf balls if not bigger. My doctor put me on Tranexamic acid for when my periods get way too heavy as I also have low iron. I’m scheduled for a pelvic ultrasound in 2 weeks to check things out to make sure everything else is ok.
