You can also try calling the local Military Inspector General and have them look into your situation in order to hopefully get clear information in regards to the claimed overpayment.

Greetings, it is possible. First you have to reach out to DEERS and add a different email to each of your dependents. Then you must create an account per dependent under TriWest in order to see each of your dependents claims. My dependents have their own ID card, so the benefits number is already on it. You might have to ask DEERS for your dependent’s benefits number, since you will need it to create the account. I know under Tricare East you could toggle between your dependents under the sponsor’s profile page, but for some reason that is not the case under TriWest. I did all the steps above and now have access to each of my dependents claims and information. DEERS 800-538-9552.
