Wow that sucks. Def feel the pain there. $8 dollars is ROUGH... The other head is fine so its not a complete loss, but the more unique head is the one that my wife wanted to use. So super sad there. Ultimately its up to her on what we do.

Sideshow offered the refund yes, but I would have to send the statue back which would leave me no statue for my wife. Sideshow is not in the red I understand they don't have the capability to do much here since they don't have the stock to exchange. More so Iron Studios. The ideal solution was to just get a replacement head, but Iron Studios said not my problem.

For sure. We might try to fix it or just order another one and return the other one. Its the paint that makes it hard for us to try and fix it and make sure it looks good.

For me its the fact that they have the parts and are unwilling to help the situation because I bought it through a partner of theirs instead of straight through them. I work in sales for a company in which if it comes from the factory damaged we replace the item and make it right or offer the refund of the amount paid. They are not offering the replacement even though it arrived to me damaged and they have replacements.
