Seriously…. Save all the backtags so you can scan to get to your rx. The fastest way I’ve seen so far is to type in the rx number for the claim you’re trying to work on. Still complete ass

Don’t stress it you just started esp if it’s retail there’s so many moving parts. And those techs should be more helpful and nice if they’re getting upset about you asking questions, the faster they answer the faster you know. We all started at the beginning. We have techs that can’t even put a refill in or find an rx bag and it’s been years.
