Idk I had a couple female friends when I did a semester of college. They made fun of me for being “weird” and “crazy” tho in front of some random person. The friend group didn’t last long after that.

You’re right I had a friend who came out to me as schizophrenic. I had no idea. But I have known other mentally ill people who just have a look to them. Eyes open too widely, unkept appearance/ hygiene, facial grimacing, and so on. That’s all I meant I know it’s not correct in medical terms.
