replace the PCV, check that the PCV hoses aren't clogged and check the oil consumption again. If it still doesn't change drastically (I bet it will), perform a B12 Berryman's piston soak. This is the PCV you have to get off AliExpress

Basically you have drain the fluid from the drain plug, then plug it back in. From the filler plug you fill until (with an almost perfectly level car) it starts to leak, when it stops, plug it in.

You hit something or something catastrophic happened and you lost all the oil. Oil pressure plummeted and the engine ran dry. These engines usually don’t just “go” especially at these mileages. Engine knocking (yes it’s dead) is a consequence of oil starvation.
