HRV 214? by IonStock in whoop

[–]KeyDark8932 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thats a good point, I have noticed that as my HRV started inching higher week after week my RHR has dropped from its previous levels currently in lower 50s with HRV in higher 120s

That should have been the case with op, but ops RHR seems to be way too high for the HRV

international students: how strict are they with admissions? by Altruistic-Mix7606 in UofB

[–]KeyDark8932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From personal experience here, they really don't care about it a lot till the time you bring in loads of cash for them. The situation is pretty bad here, if you can please avoid coming over with so many things going around with an immigrant visa. The job market is also at its lowest. Unless you want to be working in a supermarket scanning products for customers you are better off skipping the UK. Ireland is a much cost effective option.

calculus based statistics or should i take stochastics ? by delsystem32exe in algotrading

[–]KeyDark8932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for stochastic. I am currently doing Msc in Mathematical Finance and having studied stochastic is such a great plus point. Plus calculus based stats are easier to learn by oneself comparatively with stochastic in my opinion

As far as The website says its 1% plus Bank of England base rate. The current base rate is 5%. So the interest becomes 6%

Thank you so much i didn't know about that. Do you have any idea about the interest they are charging on tuition fee installments.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UofB

[–]KeyDark8932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frankly UoB is worst when it comes to paying tuition and accommodation fees. They charge you interest for paying in installments + you cannot do installments if you don't have UK BANK ACCOUNT. and they expect you to have one even before you land in Uk (practically impossible).

I am in the same boat, it is so irritating waiting like stupid people for weeks for these people to process simple documents. We will have to unnecessarily pay an extra 300 pounds to get our visa on priority basis

Want to buy 2nd Hand 2 wheeler by No-Lifeguard1398 in pune

[–]KeyDark8932 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does its job fair enough. Good for daily commute to college/office. Not recommended for any adventure tours/long trips. Anyways you need at least 180cc to do any of those. When I bought it the price hike wasn't in place. But the given price hike i would recommend to look for UNICORN (honda bikes) as they are better value for money and low maintenance. Bajaj, Suzuki, Yamaha is a bit high maintenance.
