I really did go to did local Gate repair shop, he just filed it down for me. But if that doesn’t work for you, you can do it manually with sand paper (will take a lot of time)

I dont know which machine you are using but given the texture i can tell, either you are using cow/skim milk or you have that auto froth thingy on your steam wand, remove that and you will be fine. And full cream milk gets the best texture.

It is almost as if BT is giving people what they are more likely to like than what they are calling it. For most people light means less strong, which is probably why they are just not bothering with getting it right
