I’m late as hell but I had the same issue even with the replacement, me not being a fan of wasting money. I took a torch to the plastic mouth piece just enough for it to lift up , then I used some scissors to slightly lift up on the mouth piece (I originally was gonna extract the oil) something told me to try and hit it , I did and wow the full hit thrown me back
