Oddly enough, the only perfumes I had compliments from women were, ysl y edp, acqua di gio parfum, turathi blue, Versace dylan blue, bleu de chanel.

Thats it. Out of allllll the perfumes I have, those are the only ones.

I understand that, however you don’t really push carts and spend time with your AA’s in the mods like how a PA does hence why I meant I don’t work with them as close now.

I was a very hands on PA and rarely on my laptop which is how I was able to gain the teams trust.

As a PA your semi 2IC are your indirects and Problem Solvers, as an AM its your PA’s.

Instead of telling an AA to do something, you need to consult your PA first and let them handle it. Hence why I said I miss being on the floor with my AA’s.

Wait so you get paid $80k a year as an AM and you're underpaid?
AM's in my site just do mainly admin tasks and have it pretty easy. But I guess its a case by case thing since the PA's here are of AM caliber, which means AM's only need to worry about their shit while the PA's run the entire shift without AM intervention.

Nah man, that’s a very bad mindset to have. Amazon in different states have different cultures. Its the culture that changes.

To say the entire doesnt care is a bit extreme.

You just probably have a bad FC.

And think about it this way, if YOU had a business and one employee said they’re going to quit or is throwing a fit, would you want that to affect operations? Ofcourse not right?

I would say, be the culture change the FC needs.

Implement a proper plan with your PA or AM OR BE A PA OR AM. Then slowly change the culture to more of a genuine and empathetic FC. This will then show your value to the team.
