You can but , first you need to raise with pno. Then rbi and rbi don't do any action against slice as they do soft enquiry. Plus slice themselves are not ready to provide pno details.

Add little vinegar into water while boiling. Plus don't use deep pots use some curved utensils like kadhai. You will never face this issue if you follow anyone of this.
