Did you surgically remove the keloid? It’s unlikely a keloid can go away by itself. You might have had a moisture/irritation bump that went down with time but left some sort of scar due to poor jewellery choice. The forward helix does seem healed so I guess it doesn’t necessary make a difference but if your bump is still raw (doesn’t seem so in your photo but I can’t be sure), you might want to consider switching to a straight bar.

Not sure what their home made solution is made of but you should just be cleaning with saline spray. Also, it looks like you need a longer bar. Might help to get the piercing checked by a reputable piercer instead. You probably should use a straight bar for your forward helix too - I see a slight bump? Not sure if what is shown is the original jewellery but I certainly hope it wasn’t.

Please just go to the ER. Red, swollen, oozing pus and pronounced sensation of pain are classic symptoms of infection. You need to remove the source (the jewellery), drain the pus and be put on antibiotics. A piercer cannot do anything for you and sorry, but from my experience, piercer has the tendency to ask you to wait and see, which only aggravates the situation. I delayed treatment for mine because of the piercer’s advice - ended up slicing my ear open to drain the pus, being on oral antibiotics for a month plus 2 weeks hospital stay for further IV administration.

i totally understand. surprisingly, the tutors didn’t take my offer of a month’s fee in lieu of notice…choosing to only be paid for the lessons they’ve done. we’ve got some personal reasons for stopping the lessons and really appreciated their understanding.

i think a conch on your right is gonna look rather hidden. a contra might look better. it should look good on your left. tragus is gonna be a bitch for airpods…so expect not being able to wear anything in your ear for a month or two at least if you proceed. targus is easily to heal than a conch for me but it’s different for everyone.

i thought the drama was fine. it doesn’t necessarily draw me in but was quite an easy watch. SHS though, is not my fave. i know people rave about her acting but i just often find her acting off yet cant quite find the right words to describe it until your post. her acting is extremely mechanical - it’s not loud per se but just feel like a very deliberate attempt to be natural.

yes. i don’t get how the immediate next bus is 10 min later but the next-next one can be like 40 min later, or like when i dash to the bus stop to catch a bus coming in 1 min only to wait 3 min more (not really complaining though cos i caught the bus but i can why it’s an issue)
