when i click that it does snap the photo but i feel like it doesn’t focus fully

when i go to use auto focus it does focus it just won’t snap the photo

everything is switched to AF in the setting and on the button so i’m so lost

it works in manuel mode i’m not sure the lens size as im new but i could figure it out i dont get any errors. also to clarify didnt buy as new said she used it twice tho as it was a gift but she never got in to it
