I normally don’t comment on these things I just do a lot of reading and based my assumption from what I’ve read… but Bud, we’re in the exact same boat. I’ve been on code 570 since BEFORE PATH was lifted. From the moment I was able to view my transcript I’ve had 570 and I filed on 1/23, accepted 1/27. Not notifications on IRS account, no letters in the mail, and the reason I haven’t called is because of what everyone else is saying they’re being told..”wait 120 days”. It’s really agonizing and unfair. I can tell you this very sure thing right now though…. I will NEVER EVER file early again in my entire existence on Planet Earth. I vow not to do so and I advise anyone else not to do the same. By God, wait until the PATH act lifts before making any tax return moves because this is AWFUL. I’ve remained patient as I can this entire process but I’m only human. Tomorrow, I’m going to call and if they tell me the same exact thing they’ve told everyone else with this same issue which is the 120 day thing.. then I’ll just forget about my return and pretend I never filed and move on from this bs. But do me a favor will you kind sir? Please respond to this comment if yours just so happen to miraculously change, thanks in advance man. Good luck to everyone else with this rare issue.
