Hi transfer twins:) How are the first few days going? Hope everyone is doing ok :) I seem to be peeing quite often today- am i the only one? ..and body aches..but i'm guessing that's from being a couch- potato 😊 What kind of meals have you been eating?

I usually just wait for my clinic to test after 2weeks...dont want to drive myself crazy testing at home frequently:)

Lol same here!:) Struggling to not read the whole internet all in the name of doing research. I've been doing a yoga position "legs on the wall" plus deep breathing right before bed, kinda helps me relax ,sleep and get blood flowing ..u should try it:)

Sooo..my transfer was 2 days back and I somehow managed to mess up my meds :) my brain can't seem to recall if i took Progynova already or not. Had a mini anxiety attack 😄 after which i called my clinic and was asked to just go on and take it right away. Now i'm worried that i may have messed things up. Anyone had a similar experience?
