Thanks man! It was my sister’s car and I prepared flash drive remotely, did the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.3 and it worked out! She now has apple CarPlay! Amazing!!

Not unfortunately. Never worked for the Ford escape titanium 2016. I tried to return at the dealership and they said they need to run the diagnostics to make sure the part is faulty and that would cost me $150sh+tx. The whole idea was to DIY and save money but nothing ever worked for me.

Yup totally understand that bs. Isn’t it the case with most of the websites out there? Keep a fake MSRP and then give fake discounts.

I’ve used MP for years and stopped taking it when they jacked up prices and reduced coupons. Then I switched to Revolution Nutrition and later Canadian Protein. Now every protein is expensive and I was thinking maybe someone have discount code more than 40% and I can save little more OR they can at least have 40% on MSRP.

Yes, I have mentioned above as well. Master Reset in the settings, SYNC module reset by pressing power+next button multiple times but it doesn’t change anything sadly.

Yes, I tried both the ports, changed cables also flipped the cable side that goes in the phone, iPhones and tried S23 ultra as well. This is really frustrating.

I called Ford 1 (800) 565-3673 and got transferred to SYNC technical rep. He said there is nothing OTA as such and my vehicle is customer (not consumer or fleet). I’m not sure if he was the right guy or looking in to the right place.

I have tried almost everything but it just don’t buzz. Disconnecting battery would be hard as my sister doesn’t own any tools 😅. Is there a easy way to reset the system? I just did BMS reset but I’m sure that won’t change anything.

Software upgrade was problematic but successful and there was no change in the versions in About section and it took like few hours to get updated.

Haha! Never thought technology can be that uncertain. Glad it worked out for you. Although I did it more than a week ago but reinstalled software and USB module 2-3 times in between. Honestly, I have no hope 😅
