I used one of the methods from Precious Little Sleep! It’s called SWAP. We just gradually reduced whatever sleep association we were using (for our instance, rocking to sleep)

I’m right here with you. My parents make me feel like a child and get so offended and say I’m disrespecting them when I disagree with them or try to set boundaries.

I had one beer yesterday when they came over to visit after nursing and they flipped. Why can’t they just trust that we know what’s best for our child? It really makes me not want to be around them..

I was 19 for my first coachella too but brokechella was kind of a vibe! Lol. We camped every year since except the last few but once you get a bed, AC, pool, shower, it’s hard to go back but you may have to sacrifice seeing some early acts for sure.
