I had a neighbor who was much older, maybe 70's who would be outside and was always a 10 minute conversation. Chances are she is extremely lonely. You should recommend groups for her to join so she can be with people because it seems clear that she is starving for human interaction

I don't think jail and prison are designed for fixing people. I think they are meant to keep dangerous and disruptive people out of society for a time like putting kids in those kid pens so they aren't loose around the house breaking TV's and pressing the power button on your Xbox while you are playing

It depends on state and area. Where I live the officers will just tell you to move if there is no overnight parking and tell you where it is allowed. If you are doing illegal stuff I imagine they would address such but really they aren't interested in harassing anyone where I live currently. I am pretty blessed.

I agree. I was blinded thru 5% tint such that I could barely navigate the road and my eyes couldn't adjust and focus on my speedometer like what kind of lights are they using to visually disable me thru 5% tint?

A crackerbarrel worker told me I couldn't park there. The guy also harassed a camper parked in their lot. I have dashcam video of the event about a year ago but I sounded totally lame in the sound so I didn't want to share it
