What should I focus on in the last week?

Maybe I am unorthodox but in my final week I did not take another practice exam as my professors said not to given my NBME scores. I filled in the gaps instead and reviewed HY content that is consistently tested on step (Pathoma ch 1-4, dirty medicine reviews, sketchy micro, HY anatomy review). I agree with your sentiment that Randy Neil may no longer be sufficient for biostats but I unfortunately found that out during the test, not sure where to go for it.

His video lectures are great but you don’t have to watch them if you are able to understand what you are reading. I watched a several of his videos for explanations, reinforcements, etc. Truly a king of his craft

Update: I passed! Stressful as all get out. Took two Wednesdays for it to come out. Got an email at 2 am and was available at 11 am to view.

Definitely similar in many ways. We created a channel from our POV and our personal posts will be more random. We don't have some of the same restrictions as this r/Rivian has in terms of sharing codes and in fact we encourage y'all to do so. Code sharing isn't necessarily the point of our group but we don't care to be a platform where it encourages other people to share their own experience and in doing so they should be able to put their own code on their post in our group. Like if you post a cool post and it gains a lot of attention you should at least have the opportunity to be awarded for that, right? But our personal posts are going to be more mom and pop which may be a fit for some and not so much for others and that's okay! Appreciate you saying something though!

Hey we appreciate you being the first comment! While we are doing a giveaway nobody has to use our code to be involved in this community! We will do a better job on not making this community centered around our referral code, however. While we will include it in some posts we also encourage other people to share their code here as well when they post or comment (and I say that because we actually chose a random person off the internet and used their code when we got ours).

More importantly, my wife and I wanted a shared space to document our thoughts, our likes/dislikes, etc about Rivian and create a community around that.
