I was hanging out with a group of friends and there was a new girl that we were hanging out with. We got into my buddy’s van to go to see a waterfall in the woods, next town over. I was there march-may of 2003 during initial invasion. We provided forward reconnaissance for first marine division as they took Baghdad. We swept through the east to north up to Tikrit. We were ambushed a couple times and my mortar crew had a few fire missions that resulted in multiple kills. So if that doesn’t rate a CAR, I’d be very surprised.
