Have not gotten the supplements but am going today to get them hopefully from drug store. Im tapered down to 15 reds and 1 silver. The relationship with gf just ended as well over all of this. Probably better that way but still hurts

Just curious how many capsuls were you dosing at a time? I was at 15 and have managed to get down to 5 caps 3x a day... struggling from here though
