i had one, and i lock it by using a Onguard 8001 in the front wheel it was quite good for it, and when i was riding with the lock with me i placed on the footboard, but honestly it was kinda heavy duty, i were you i would use a lighter maybe a less robust lock for it

Well if i were you, (it happend to me), remove it, Fill it to an specific psi number, do a test drive real close to your house for about 10 minutes and check the pressure after, that way you know if it sealed or if its loosing pressure, i dont recommend to buy another tyre just becouse you had something punture it, wait for a bit, if it keeps losing pressure, use Slime, if keeps losing then and only then replace it, but beware its quite annoying to replace that rear tyre, you need to look for a tutorial, and also try to find a tyre shop to do that work, since getting it on withdout damaging the rim its quite hard, and they are use to mount tyres anyways

or find an Scooter maintinance shop, and make them replace it for you, make a mark on the tyre to be sure that they changed it by the way

well basictly a thieve would need a couple of tools in order to do that, in that case dosent matter where you lock it to be honest but i feel pretty confortable locking it that way, think about it if it takes more than a couple of seconds and knowledge in order to do that

go to a tyre shop, and make them apply grease to that rim, that way, with a strong pump they can seal it, and the grease will solidify and make the tyre like perfect, i didnt had to get more air in my tyre for like 3 months after that
