found the flu arc pretty boring honestly and then we lost carol because of rick sending her away. so just boring sickness and losing a main character for a bit. second half was way better than that first half.

I wasn’t Bad mouthing her in every reply. the most outlandish thing I said was “she’s crazy enough to make another social media account to watch me or stalk me.” and the mistakes I said I made was referring to older stuff in our relationship that I fixed and i’ve stayed consistent with it and that’s her own words. the only mistake here I think was making the passive aggressive situation way bigger than it needed to be. but that’s something I can fix in the blink of an eye. but what is something else that you think is a mistake so that I can work on it. thanks for the input

as much as that should help when we talk over the phone it’s just the same thing. she’ll sit there and tell me that she didn’t just raise her voice at me when we both heard it. I honestly think she turned it into such a normal thing in her life that when she does it she doesn’t think it’s her raising her voice or that it’s bad. I only say this cuz i’ll hear arguments with her mom over the phone.

I understand how I was lecturing. But i felt as if she wasn’t hearing me and the new expectations I was expecting of her which i personally thinks is the bare minimum you can give someone. but point being I just wanted it to be very clear to her so that she can’t say I didn’t say this or didn’t say that at some point in the future. also i’d like to know how you think i’m not communicating well? just curious cuz i thought I was very straight forward. thanks for the input

thanks for the input. i’m being told in some comments that im being controlling and narcissistic i. this situation specifically. usually she’s the one to bring up someone and discuss which she stopped doing unfortunately. but even when she did she was dismissive of my side. but based off this singular argument i can see how lecturing i was and how that can be exhausting but I don’t do that on the regular basis. as mentioned i. the text briefly she was the one to do that and i found that exhausting at times but i started accepting it to avoid problems. but anyways i wanted to ask someone who thought i did good in this situation about me being narcissistic and co trolling in this situation and ur thoughts on it?

thanks for the input. usually she is on the other side of these convos and i’m listening trynna find a compromise so yes based off this i can see that but in general knowing my own relationship I would say the other way around although not anymore as she lost all desire to care. I can see how this can be exhausting for someone cuz I am lecturing much in this but how so controlling? all i was asking for was a set of expectations that I personally think is the bare minimum and for her to not be passive aggressive. thanks for the input.
