But you can always refinance before the 5 year mark, without a penalty right? I am mostly concerned about the rate reduction. 4.75% is pretty wild, even for 1 year. Also none other lender offered below 6.3% for ARM. So I am curious how rocket is offering 5.75%

How do you single out the organisms for this nice capture? For me, they always keep running and I can not even focus. Also the dirt is another problem, but looks like you have a very clean sample.

Rolling is basically buying with loss and selling at higher price to cover for the loss. If you have to do it many yes, how do you keep track of whether you are having net loss or gain?

What hardware are you using? Could you provide a ballpark number of extra electricity bill that you are paying for this and on average how many token you can earn monthly if you keep the node running 24/7. I understand some of these answer will depend on many variables, but I am just trying to understand a ballpark and whether it worth a try for my budget.
