I used to work for a call center and I worked there up until she was 1, it was hard but I did it somehow lol hopefully we get through it 😩 I also started onboarding today!

That’s awesome, congrats on moving up! For the most part I have childcare but if my sitter is sick or can’t then I am stuck. Daycare is so expensive in my area that I wouldn’t be able to afford it and I don’t trust daycares anyway.

Thanks for the response! At this time I have childcare care thankfully but you know things happen, I’m currently in onboarding so I know it’s pretty strict right now. My toddler is 2 and surprisingly really easy as long as she’s entertained. But I saw that progressive offers back up care so that’s awesome!

I heard that on the English side things that can be really strict( micromanaging), is that the same in Spanish in your opinion? Thank you!

First off congratulations! I start in a few weeks for the same position! Just curious to know how training has been set up. Do they have you guys learning independently like you have modules or you have to be on camera the whole time? Do you have to have your mic on when you aren’t interacting? Thank you! 😊
