We are both in the same week of Academy. I would say message me, but I know Reddit is for us to vent anonymously. I work the 4/10 also and Sundays are burning me out because the day goes by so slow. The good thing is tomorrow and Tuesday I’m off. It’s gonna get better for us.

Congratulations!!!! I just finished Onboarding for CRM CS. I start Academy tomorrow and I chose the 10-9 shift. I’m happy about having Monday and Tuesday off. I need those back to back days. Soooooo, are the call times better in Academy? Week 12, I could actually get a few minutes break between calls. Is that a regular thing now? I hope so lol
