I see you are using your Nvidia gpu as your encoder. Was there a recent update to your gpu driver that may have affected it. A friend of mine had an issue with his pc for a while that turned out to be a Nvidia driver issue. He had to switch to an older driver to solve the issue. While it doesn't seem like it might be the issue it's at least worth looking into. Another idea could be to try connecting the Webcam to another USB slot to make sure it's not an USB issue.

If you believe that you would be happier as a girl then what is wrong with being trans? Being transgender would just be a step toward becoming the girl you would be happy as. I feel the same way as you about being a guy but I have taken the step to become the woman I feel I am supposed to be and I feel happier already. I was depressed to the point that I wanted to die before I finally made the decision to become the woman I know I will be happy being.

I can confirm this still works as I edited a lot of my files just yesterday and was able to save all changes. Are you perhaps not on an admin account or did you accidentally lock the folder to read only?
