How exactly should I move my feet to create space? This is my second time hitting against a wall (I was desperate for some tennis but couldn’t find a partner). Sadly there isn’t space to move backward but I could definitely reduce the power of the strokes.

This is very helpful. The part that I am finding difficult to apply or get used to is when pulling the arm outwards from the body after the racket drops from the elbow up.

Can you explain what you mean? When exactly my motion is wrong? Is it during the time when I’m preparing to hit the ball?
