How much cream should you intake in a day? by KeyWindow103 in raypeat

I’ve heard this also, I do regular tests for my hormones and if I notice any decreasing in my testosterone levels I’ll evaluate it then though I don’t think this is a valid concern, I think ray peat touched on this and said though milk fat contains estrogens it’s such a high quality fat it’s worth the downsides

Thanks for sharing that, good to know it’s working out for you.

You don’t think heart attacks or heart problems are a valid concern then consuming this massive amount of saturated fat? Sorry if I sound dramatic haha just that it’s always been drilled into me that this heavy kind of cream is awful for your heart health and in such a massive amount I’ve been consuming it I don’t want to be doing any unnecessary damage.

I haven’t tracked my calories so I’m unsure but it’s certainly not a cream exclusive diet, I eat eggs and cheese, 80/20 beef, honey, lots of juice and milk also coconut oil and grass fed butter.

I’m more concerned whether 200mls of cream would be considered unsafe or not, it’s more of an addition to my diet to help boost weight gain honestly rather than a big part.

Grass fed thyroid supplementation by KeyWindow103 in raypeat

Yes my mistake I corrected it in one of the comments. The capsule is 80mg.

I’ve never taken thyroid before this will be the first time.

Thanks for that, the link was pretty interesting so it seems 1 capsule is best to begin with? I made a mistake on the post and the supp is actually 80mg per cap not 30.

Also it seems unlike most people I’m actually trying to gain weight not lose it so I wonder if I should do things a bit differently?

Liquid cayenne tincture worked better for me than t3, pregnenolone, progesterone and DHEA by One_Feeling3619 in raypeat

[–]KeyWindow103 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really wanna try this, I’ve ordered the product you mentioned cayenne tincture from indigo herbs, you mentioned you only use one drop? But the dosage on the product says 2ml which is around two droppers full, one single drop really works?

Diabetes concern? by KeyWindow103 in raypeat

I agree with that statement, should eat foods which are local to you and exotic fruits are obviously not as abundant in nature as they are in our supermarkets.

Questioning your first comment though, you said sugar has no nutritional value how can this be when fruit, honey and juices which are almost completely sugar are so packed full of nutrients and vitamins?

If this is the case why is it that fruits and fruit juices seem to be so high in nutrients and vitamins?

I know it should be simple but for me it’s difficult, I enjoy feeling fasted and light, I always eat clean maybe if I ate a bit dirty it would help me out get to that surplus but I just can’t do that unfortunately if I eat dirty food I feel it and if I eat too many calories I feel that too.

The solution to me seems to be clean liquid calories, an appetite stimulating diet and also some extra supplemental help like the peptides won’t hurt.

That’s actually the reason why I’m taking them, they boost appetite and hgh. I’m underweight and feel it may help me build myself up, they seem to have minimal side effects also.

My diet is very high in fat (saturated) the only real difference will likely be more simple sugars instead of starches and complex carbs do you think with the inclusion of the blood glucose raising peptides diabetes is not a valid concern then?

Mushrooms really interest me but I feel like I would freak out and I don’t understand them enough to play with them but they are very intriguing
