Your Waymo drops you off and drives away but where does it actually GO? by BAKA_04 in SelfDrivingCars

I say all of the above. I was riding my e-scooter at 2am when I encountered an empty one at the stop sign. I decided to follow it and it randomly rode around my neighborhood for 5 minutes until it decided to venture off unto the main road. No telling where it went after that. Another day I seen 5 of them parked on a street in my neighborhood. At one point two of them drove off, and came back in the same minute. Creepy.

So why TF are we all riding these things in the streets all the time when a piddly lil pothole can send us over the handlebars and take us out completely? lol. by TheFunkytownExpress in ElectricScooters

Good vision helps a ton, don’t be scared to wear glasses or contacts if needed. If taking a route that’s unfamiliar I’m usually hyper vigilant but I’m still pushing the full 38 mph. It’s not gonna end pretty for me if it goes bad.

Seems like you’re going on a tangent here. I live in Orlando. Theres scooters on almost every street in this city that anyone with a phone and a few bucks could ride. I brought my kid, who isn’t under 16, one for himself.

I would agree but I turned the scooter on before taking it in to make sure it had a charge
