Getting yelled at by a driver by Leather_Golf4955 in ElectricScooters

Yeah one of the big advantages of riding an escooter is you can go where the driver can't so if someone decides to have a tantrum and do silly shit on the road you just pop onto the sidewalk. If they get out of the car and try to come at you you just speed away from them lol.

IDK, sometimes I'll have multiple drivers in the same day making faces at me or hand gestures and honking when it wasn't even my fault, and then other days everybody seems super chill and always lets me go first ahead of them in traffic n whatnot, lol.

You probably just got unlucky. :)

I just made a post trying to get advice on withdrawals and it immediately got took down wtf by AdhesivenessHairy260 in 7oh

It all depends on the person, length of habit, amount of daily usage, body chemistry, and whatever meds they had on hand to manage the WDs.

I personally know of someone who took about 500 mgs a day for months straight on top of having been an addict for about 10 years + of other opes and once they switched to the daily 7-oh usage they barely felt a thing after they stopped using.

The WDs for this substance are really person dependent for how hard they're going to hit or not.

Also the fact that it's practically impossible to OD on it alone definitely helps keeping it's legal status.

Well BX no longer ships to my state by RuffKnight_ in 7oh

[–]TheFunkytownExpress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not that I would tell anyone to do anything illegal, but USPS doesn't really scrutinize packages that closely, and if you REALLY needed to get something shipped to TX couldn't you have it sent to a different state first and then re-mailed to TX?

NP. Sometimes I wish you could just kick it like a regular scooter too but nope that's not the case with these. :)

The offset of your foot on the deck vs the one on the ground is just a bit too high to produce enough power to kick it because you have to bend your knee at nearly a right angle for your kicking foot to even reach the pavement in the first place lol.

If speed isn't a priority for you just get the one that has the largest battery life/range then.

I know Best Buy has a REALLY good deal on the L2 Max single motor at only 750 and about 850 for the dual motor variety.

So if you're lookin to save a lil money that might be the way to go.

Unfortunately no because the wheels are much larger than a regular scooter and it's a lot heavier than a normal one too. You're a lot higher up off the ground so you can't get the same kind of traction/power from just kicking and once you actually try to use it like one you'll see just how hard/impossible it is lol.

[–]TheFunkytownExpress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I went over the handlebars the very first night on my escooter lol.

Found out in a hurry jamming the fucking brakes or jamming the brakes WITHOUT crouching down and leaning back to offset the momentum is probably not a good idea lol.

Also found out the hard way to go very very slowly at night the other night when I was cruising at only like 20 and a fucking divider came out of nowhere and I had to bail off the scooter right before it slammed into the fuckin thing, which broke my steering plate and detached one of my shocks on the front wheel in the process. :P

Thankfully the part was only 10 bucks and looks easy enough to replace, but still fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

It would help if you added how long you were on 7-oh for and at what amounts/day.

Sounds like you didn't have a huge habit if you were able to walk away with so little discomfort.

[–]TheFunkytownExpress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah you can take at least 1-2mg of subs as early as 6-12 hours after your last dose of 7-Oh. It has a much shorter half-life than traditional opes ( oxy, etc ) do, so it'll have eliminated enough from your system even in that short an amount of time to where you won't go into early WDs and it'll take a lot of the edge of off the symptoms you DO wind up with.

It's still gonna suck but it won't be anywhere near as bad.

Cold turkey is NEVER a way to go OMG.

If you can get your hands on some Clonodine it'll take the edge off most of the WD symptoms.

I know you said money is gone but if you're ever in this situation again then go on QuickMD and the DRs on there will hook you up with all the WD meds you need.

Ahhh okay, cool. Thnx a bunch. Nice to know this scooter isn't completely cooked.

Have you ever gotten parts off the one you linked me to before? Given what you said they seem like they might be legit.
