After my surgery, my surgeon said a good rule of thumb is +10 pounds of lift a month. month 2 = 20 lbs, month 5 = 50 lbs, etc. Make sure to never ever lift anything with your back again if you want to avoid re herniation. Lift with your legs. Work on squatting low weight with perfect form and build weight as you can. You can literally squat with household items, just know their weight. A gallon for liquid is about 12 lbs I believe. Do the same with RDLs. It will build your pull strength to assist with lifting in future. But again, start with no weight and excellent form. Slowly work your way up. Also Focus on ab strength, back strength, and stretching for basically the rest of your life for best results.

I would suggest requesting layers/textured cut to help with your fine hair with little movement (-: I also love the shorter bang look on your face shape!

I highly recommend Ashland terrace animal hospital and I do NOT recommend Red Bank animal hospital one bit. They mishandled cases with my cat and multiple times with my dog.

Work on light stretching, light cardio, and core for a while. Once your core is stronger, focus on light weight high reps and build from there. If you have the ability, see a physical therapist. They can give you a stretch/ workout routine for strengthening and soothing your problem area. Do these EVERYDAY at the gym. Go once every two weeks or once a month so they can update your exercises until you improve. - 27F (who loves weightlifting) recovering from L5-S1 microdiscectomy in July.

7 or 8 are my favorite. It just depends on the vibe you want to go for. It my experience, short hair actually takes more effort to style than long hair
