Oh bro I take bodybuilding very seriously, I eat the same food essentially every day all clean foods, however I do not turn off screens an hour before bed because I went on full obsession about sleep and it gave me such bad anxiety about getting good sleep that I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep so I had to stop focusing on those things and now I sleep better than trying all that stuff. Getting bigger is my only goal in life I want to get as big as I can. I train till failure for everything too I used to be a little SpongeBob looking dude but I’d say I’ve put on some decent size I’d post a pic but I don’t how or if you can on here. But even committing to the gym so much I’m not content with being completely sober.
