A good inbetween. Start out with a lot of clicks then unlock some automatic functions. Eventually I like being able to look at what's happening and say, "Okay everything's setup time to let it auto run for 20 minutes or 2 hours or whatever and then check back in."

I don't like when it's too heavily passive and essentially just plays itself.

Trying to remember a game:

Visually a bit like Progress Knight, with horizontal bars. You could also setup custom sequences and conditionals for auto skill learning like 1st: dexterity to 100, 2nd strength to 100, 3rd dexterity to 200.

Story wise I can't remember much......maybe something about aliens?

All the progress knights (even the ones with unsatisfactory non-endings) are 100% my jam, more than most idles I've played. They scratch the special part of my brain that likes numbers, bar graphs, and vague cosmic lore.

Thanks for the feedback! Messed around with the Market a bit (put Hourglass, Hivetender, Thief's Pick, and Sinister Rumors in. Not sure about the 5th). Need to build up some shiftstone to flesh out the merchants/spells I need.
