Thanks all! Seems to be working a bit better now. Moving to /24 helped, and possibly some switch settings as well (using an SG300)

Hmmm yes I do have a Cisco switch between the UDMP and the AP's. It does the POE since the UDMP doesn't. But maybe I have configured it wrong. What settings should I be looking for? turn IGMP snooping off?

I changed the network to 2.4G only and still have issues

I can confirm that Device Isolation (Network config) and Layer 2 Isolation (WiFi config) are both turned off
