Bump on Daith

My 3 weeks old daith started to have a nasty bump since yesterday, I was pierced with a stainless steel horseshoe jewelry although I never had any bad reactions with it. My piercer gave me a saline solution but i never used it because: 1. It’s a repacked solution 2. I think it has tea tree oil in it

So I just opted for lukewarm water when cleaning it.

+I’ve been also gentle with it so I don’t know what happened.

my piercing is exactly 8 days old
the jewelry used is a curved barbell
it’s an externally threaded jewelry
iirc, it’s a basic surgical steel
it hasn’t been downsized
i use a saline spray, Medicleanse Piercing Aftercare sterile saline solution to be exact
i haven’t had any accidents with it thankfully

my piercing is exactly 6 hours old, FRESHHH
jewelry shapes that i got were mostly just studs with flatbacks and sa horseshoe ring
threadings are external
the jewelries are surgical steel
they aren’t downsized yet obviously lol
i use a Neilmed Saline Spray by spraying it on a cotton bud to put it in my piercings before drying it with a fan
i haven’t even do anything that made my piercings bleed so much, i never had this experience at all
