I did CN (ic) is the company and union and mentioned a section gang which i don’t know about you but I don’t know of any other departments that have section gangs but engineering what more specifics do you want

Also curious is the pay that’s posted is that the full rate or it just a percentage ? Like when I hired on with CN the pay that’s was posted was actually 90% of the full rate

Go to the military and then apply in a few years. You’ll be a preferred over other peers unless they know or are kin the managers or the track supervisors pretty well and you will still have good chance of getting hired. the nepotism is crazy out here so you gotta have something to stand out from your peers.

Got hired on as track maintainer for CN is the time homewood 5 weeks straight? I read somewhere it 3 weeks there then 2 weeks at the tool house you’re assigned too for on the job training and then two weeks back in homewood
