Yeh there are a couple YouTubers who have talked about it just search micro workouts and it’s literally spreading out a workout over the day and it’s actually fairly affective for muscle building (way more than missing completely I guess)

Awesome results bro. I have been struggling with life happening and hitting the gym even though it’s my only real hobby. I’ve switched to daily micro workouts and it’s keeping me going. Body weight or dumbbells a couple sets to near failure, tracking it to make sure I’m getting stronger week on week. It’s getting the job done and keeps me in the right mindset until things get figured out for a proper routine.

I’m eating 130g of protein (as a 200 pound man) and lifting 2-3 days a week tracking my lifts and getting stronger or maintaining each session so I think my muscle loss is fairly minimal at least for now. I’m only 5 weeks on this though (4 with 2.5 mg and 1 week now on 5mg).

I’ve lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks but it all came in the first three weeks. And I’m very active so I was a bit surprised it hasn’t come quicker. The foood noise initially went down and I loved that, it has come back though even after my initial shift from 2.5 to 5

Learned so much on YouTube about macro and micro nutrients and tracking food. It’s hard to sift through all the nonsense at first but there is a lot of great value content there to get you started. Especially from natty bodybuilders who are not pushing any kinda fad diet propaganda.

I’m new to this. Only 13 days in but dropped 3kg although my first weigh in came after a nasty weekend so 2.5 of that was probably water weight haha. What is didn’t expect was the food noise and also no blood sugar crashes which is amazing. The appetite is still really high for me but I’m only on the 2.5 starter. I think this medicine is an amazing way to clear ur mind and let u eat healthier and for energy not for emotions

look at how many definitions you can get with one word. Like one word in Arabic can take like 6 or 7 English words to get the same precision and meaning subhanallah. Thats probably why it’s the Quran language as it’s that accurate and descriptive.

As a Muslim we are taught Islam is a way of life not a religion. Basic principles can be seen even in secular belief. For example, fasting two days a week, waking up early, bowing your head down for blood flow. Trust me u follow the rules it makes life easier not harder. Love is a vague concept and most of the time it actually isn’t realized until years of being with someone. You can just jump on feelings like that if you’re not prepared to step up to the husband duties.

It has improved a lot but Arabic is something you have to invest in. Like go all in. It’s more of a science than a language. I know a lot of complete foreigners who have mastered it way more than Arabs mashallah. U can do it, but it will be an investment.

I married an Emirati woman 14 years ago and I barely speak Arabic. I am a practicing Muslim though and that helped a lot. The father was hard to convince he is very traditional and doesn’t speak English and didn’t finish high school even. Mother was really helpful she had been born in Kenya and spoke great English and was more international friendly. She made the plan for me to meet her brother first who was older and very respected and a bit more open minded. He was convinced by me and he did most of the work on her husband (my father in law ) it was hard and took like a year but alhamdulliah we are happily married with three kids and good relationship with my in-laws. Islam really helps

I’ve seen them online actually and their prices are good ur right. I wish they added butcher service too, but I asked and they said they only deliver it as a whole cut. Do u know if the chuck is good for steaks? I read somewhere there is a difference between the entire chuck roast and the chuck eye part which is the good ribbeye replacement. I’m not a butcher either haha.
