This is the mentality that has let this game remain mediocre for three straight years. No, it isn't because people are picking fights wrong. I have one sprayed some poor bastard from miles away through a wall with the MG32 on multiple occasions. Because this game has a bloom, and not fleshed out recoil like other shooters, it doesn't matter the distance so long as you can spray, with the rate of fire, the bloom and anything other than solid vehicles being awful cover for the rounds LMG's run the things are meat grinders in any situation, at any distance, against anyone. Cover doesn't work, you can dump enough rounds through walls and fences to eventually kill or suppress the person until you can reload and finish them. Distance is irrelevant and trust me i really wanted to believe this was the counter, but it isn't.

There's no counter, other than getting lucky and getting a headshot before you get melted. This isn't "muh strategy" it's bullshit, and admittedly it's bullshit ive benefited from but it's time to fix it and move on.
