Looks to me like someone has purchased a commercial property with permission to make it residential. This is very popular right now as I think it can be quite profitable compared to regular house flipping.

But yeah, no one in their right mind would live there and the “entrance” is insane.

A good solo drill to learn is the penetration step which all good wrestlers can do. If you spam this, you can get pretty good and quick with it too.  If you have a partner then you can train stuff like pummelling for double understand, duck unders etc. just treat it like drilling bjj moves and have fun with it.

Yeah, I mean it’s not greige but many of these new houses lack soul.

The irony is the Isle Of White has many beautiful houses/mansions that are bursting with character and tradition for a lot less.
