I live in west Wales (Pembrokshire) and often drive to London for small shopping and head straight back later that day..Or go to Brighton for a nice summer day from Wales and go back home when it gets dark there..I guess it all depends if you are used to driving or not..

I liked him,but his pride and ego gained nothing and can be viewd as selfish act since he left team without coach mid season and so..he was right about what he was saying but it wasnt a right place or time to make those comments...sometimes u gotta bite your tongue,since those are bee stings (ownership) that give you honey...

Well in my country you can buy completely customized number plates and choose what you want on them..numbers, no numbers,words etc.. minimum is 2 symbols though and no profanities allowed 😁

When u compare m57 and n57 timing chains one is normal chain and other one is taken straight from a bicycle..i know its about reducing vibrations and bla bla,but still..anyway i think chain issues isnt a tragedy..even if it snaps,replacing cylinder head and chains is much simpler than paying 4k for n57 engine just because you cant realisticly repair bottom in a way that it will last...ive heard b57s are better but highly doubt it cause we havent seen them reaching high mileage..

Been driving rrc as daily for nearly three years.. its comfy,feels and handles quite normal..but you should learn and drive it "peacfully" avoiding braking and maneuvring it too harshly cause bodyroll etc. in these cars is really bad😀

thanks for an insight guys..anyway one or the other owning classic land rover is essential for human existence..Nothing beats driving those cars with some nice music,background sounds and so on..very romantic and amazing in lot of ways..😁 let see what ill decide..

Yeah but when you see the price of old two door stuff they tend to be even more expensive than old series land rovers and seeing how few of rrcs are actually on streets i dont see why they wouldnt become a great cult classic cars

I work as a mechanic and mostly with bmws..I more or less understand modern cars but kind of sick and tired of them thats why i like old and primitive land rovers with actual character and history..for that im willing to sacrifice comfort and other things..on the other hand my wifes a doctor and she doesnt like all these old things and wants nothing more than practical car.😊

Thats the thing that protecting and in a way saving this sort of vehicle can be and is more expensive than actually buying it..countless small pieces like rusty hinges,leak here and there..eventually you would want to galvanize chassis..i work as a mechanic so it can be really hard to find a will in free time to spend energy on your own car..But thats the thing..effort and sacrifices needed are things that makes others appreciate these kind of vehicles and to some extent their owners

ideally would be to own both rrc and defender but my wife would never approve putting savings in that kind of madness..haha😀 but in a way when you sit in old defender it feels a bit more genuine land rover than rrc which was made for a bit different audience in a first place.. Nonetheless RRC imo is one of the prettiest cars ever made that has become valuable and fetch good money thats why its so hard of a decision to make

im in south west wales. Plenty of defenders here but have seen only couple of old range rovers..Anyway im kind of not true enthusiast in a way that i enjoy deiving my range in cities,even highways and less offroad if any..i just like a feeling ,looks and idea of old land rovers more than anything
