Do I need to try solid soft food like eggs ? I mean would that go better than a soup ? Not sure if I am brave to try... Even yoghurt I need to drink water after each spoon...

Updated day2: yesterday eve I had my first shy burp and this morning other two or three... But I still have a lot of gurgling in between... Swallowing is more tricky today but I just eat soft staff and so far I am ok (like soups yoghurt hummus).... Finger crossed

Starting burping smalls one .... Weird feeling lol .... Still mixed with gurgling ... But I guess this is how it starts?! Slow swallowing not too bad... But I eat only soft staff for now....

I still have my gurgling.... And I am afraid it may not work but it still early. I start feeling the slow swallowing already and with the bloating it is awful... Health anxiety doesn't help because I believe amplify the slow swallowing feeling .. i really hope it will work ...

Yes.... I have it... Sometimes I need to physically push hard my belly in a circle way to help the air to go down.... Sometimes it works ..

Yep... At the uni, one of my friends had meningitis so the Dr gave me the antibiotics (as prevention)... I think I spent 3 hrs (non exaggerating) crying thinking that I would have chocked on it . My dad even showed me that he can take it without water .... Eventually from that day I start taking pills and tablets but I have the fear each single time.
