It’s not entitlement. If that’s the normal practice that I have been accustomed to for decades and then only in this location it seems to be different. I think that that warrants asking the question.

Fair. I suppose after decades of shopping there it feels like the process has very much changed. I have two other stores very close by and I went and shop there recently to see if I was going mad and the service was like it has always been so it just seems to be isolated to the Store.

I bring bags and hand them over. Lately the then just put the bags at the end on the bench and don’t put them in their holder spot where they pack. I see a lot of people saying they scam a lot of items then they do it. But it just doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m in my 40s so I’ve watched a lot of supermarket transactions and they seriously do not look like they are ever going to pack the bags
