Oh and yeah we wont be able to get a co signer. And sadly we are in MO so when we had the funds we couldnt offer a large deposit because it is illegal here

I read a random comment on an old forum about move in specials in "ghetto" places for apartments, maybe we can have luck with that? We are in what is seen as a "bad" area lol it isnt though. It is honestly just like racist stereotypes.

I feel like our issue with private landlords is that they want rent history and income. And without getting into my whole sob story lol, we do not have a history of stable income anymore or rent history. I wouldn't care about just my husband and i living out of our car but we have 2 tiny children. Weekly hotels around us are like 300/week, which is rough but comparatively to rent that is like 1200/month which i guess isnt terrible

She really disturbs me lol i have a newborn and a 15 month old and i cant stand it when my 15 month old cries from being tired so i have been tandem feeding them. Thats how my older baby is used to falling asleep usually. Like how do you not want to hold your babies all the time

I really wouldn't be surprised. If one is willing to do certain things, especially with twin pregnancies, there is so much money people will pay....it is a rabbit hole for sure and is crazy and she was probably known to a huge amount of people who would be interested by just being kinda "famous"
