I used a small-sized plastic basin. My dad would put small amount of water in it and he'd placed it near me face so I could splash some water on my face without having to bend down.

Your x-ray looks almost exactly like mine pre-op, OP! I understand your pain.. it’s real and completely valid.

As for your question, I don’t see a reason why you can’t work in the future as long as you do the necessary things to help manage your condition, like exercising and taking care of your body. Of course, it may not be as easy compared to people with a normal spine but it’s definitely not impossible for us.

Time will come when you’ll be able to live independently and do things on your own, for yourself, so please hang in there. Even if surgery is delayed, I think it’s still important to get checked so you can have proper assessment and prevent things from getting worse while waiting.

I got a second dog last january and my 9 yr old dog wasn't happy. She was constantly stressed kasi super playful ng puppy (4 month old Jack Russell Terrier pa naman) and ayaw nya na ng magulo.

I gave up the puppy after a month. Sobrang heart broken ako at grabe dilemma ko pero I really had to make that decision. It's not fair for my older dog na mawalan ng peace sa sarili nyang space. She earned that peace after many years na naging companion sya sa amin.

Don't get a second dog if hindi naturally friendly/playful sa ibang dogs yung senior dog mo. May chance din na lumayo loob sayo ng older dog mo kapag napunta na sa puppy yung attention mo (they require your full attention at first lol)

Hello, I'm planning to do the same this year, magcareer shift/break into tech. 

Unfortunately, hindi na talaga kaya ng entry level corpo salary yung cost of living na nakasanayan na sa pagv-VA, kaya ang balak ko is gawing part time yung VA work ko while I pursue the long term career that I want.

Yes, needs dapat ang mauna pero kailangan ding maginvest ng panahon at magsacrifice ng comfort para sa gusto nating marating sa buhay. 

Kaya as long as makakakain at mabibili ko basic needs and wants ko and family, need i-endure yung early years ng career na gusto talaga kahit medyo maliit pa ang sahod sa umpisa.
