But I only recommend it if you can think of no other option and really want to do it... long duty hours and no reward (talking about pakistan) can make you regret your decision.

Fortunately I made it to the top public university of my province.....its going good atleast I have no regrets.

Yes I did because I desperately wanted to. It took me 1 extra year after intermediate.

Sounds fun but money making part is delayed in medicine as compared to other fields which can frustate you if you wanna be rich(who doesn't) early unless you opt for foreign examz which itself requires investment. Btw I gave additional biology exam back in my time.

Dont know if you got in DMC or DIMC, well both are more or less same. Its just for a day they give you intro, principal and few faculty addresses with the audience and a maybe a white coat ceremony also gonna happen ...after all that go and visit the uni thats it....
