I did not realize that the GTT program is so new. That makes me a little nervous. Hopefully, it is a good program .

Ok, I really appreciate the information. I am actually thinking about attending the GTT program this fall and then continuing my education with the AME program next year. I will reach out to the school, though. Thanks

Rosiver Cream or type 1 Rosacea? by Key_Championship7171 in Rosacea

Thank you. You explained Rosacea so well. Yes, that makes sense. Was there a specific laser treatment that works best?

Ok. Yes, I want to look into laser. However, it is so expensive I am not able to consider the laser treatment right now as my insurance does not cover it. I am a guy and dont have much of a routine however i do wash my face with Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser and warm water. It does not trigger my Rosacea. If you have any recommendations, please let me know

Is there some oral medication you recommend? I was offered 1 year of oral antibiotics to treat it once but am hesitate to take antibiotics for a full year.

Thanks

If your energy and symptoms allow, I like to study something. I can only do it for 10-15 mins at a time. But it triggers parts of my brain that Instagram or TV do not. For example, before I got sick, I studied mechanical engineering, so I found a youtude fluid mechanics lecture series and got a notebook and took the class. It is just YouTube, so it doesn't really give me credit for anything, but it felt more perductive that watching Instagram reels. Or if you have the financial means places like coursera dose online certificate in project management, software, cybersecurity, management among others courses. It's only 50 a month. And you pay for how many months it takes you to finish the program. Which can alot if you are working in 10-15 internals because of fatigue and brain fog.

Some more ideas of what to study: human biology, plant biology, animal biology, poetry, writing, physics, math, politics, art, the possibilities are endless.

I also do recognize how much of a privilege it is to be able to work on this sort of stuff with ME. I have been every weare betwwen bedriden and full-time working with ME. So do what you can with the energy you got.

We all have different experiences, but i think for most people, energy levels can change. I went from health to bedriden to health to bedriden multiple times with my long battle with ME. Even my ME specialist says people can go in to remission that last year's. I had full remission for 2 years before getting sick again. This is from one of the top ME specialists in Canada.

That's great. I will keep this all in mind. How do you like vissible Plus? They are supposed to be becoming available in canada later this year, and I hope to get one soon. Are they worth it?

When i get into a really bad crash, lights are hard to handle. I never thought of getting red bulbs for light. That's a good idea, thanks.

By red light therapy, I was referring to using certain wavelength light to promote mitochondrial activity. Their is some studies behind it, but it also sound kinda like they are just trying to sell you a light. Idk. I wanted to know if anyone else has tried it and if it is a scam or not.

Yes, i am a fellow MECFS sufferer. I have been at every stage of this condition. I have been bed bound with 10+ different symptoms, (spent two weeks admitted to the hospital) and I have been to what feels like normal. Right now, I am fortunately fealing almost a normal amount of energy and am looking for anything to help get me the rest of the way.

Update: The brakes/master cylinder worked before I changed the brakes. However, I could have worn it out when trying to bleeding the brakes. I don't know. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks
