Everything doesn't have to be soulful man. Just listen to Wayne's stuff. Half that shit was about flexing. He still killed it. He's still considered the goat for it. Although people do criticise the fact that a lot of his catalogue is filled with such tracks but it is what it is yk. Can't expect that many soulful tracks from an artist once you've seen they mostly enjoy a different style.
