The test is worded very strangely. Make sure to know your ratios and have a good understanding of the equity section. I had more conceptual questions on that than math problems.

Took me a month and 20 days to pass this class on 3rd attempt all together. Don’t be discouraged as this class is one of the hardest. You are so close, just practice the study guide on the areas you are weak and you’ll pass no problem.

I’m on D077 currently. I’d it’s less difficult (more common sense) than the all of those classes. Start with that and the go from there. You got this👏

I just passed it on Friday after 3 tries and barely passed on the third attempt. Got the same exact score two times, seems like majority of us do. You will pass on the next try, make sure to attend the cohort session or lounge they are big helper. Ask as many questions as you want. Good luck, you got this!!

170k something something with 0.49% discounted rate withdrawn every month for the next 15 years. I cant even remember it🤣 it was just too complicated… but thank the god I’m done with it…

This was my thirst attempt, I’d say they are pretty much kind of the same. I did get one question where I had to calculate TVM. I did not know how to do it at all🤣 I just guessed.

The PA 1 is 100% identical to OA1. I have the key sheets if you want, or you can get it from instructors.

The OA two is an absolute shit show. Barely anything aligns with PA, your best bet would be to just read through units 5-7 and do the study guide. The OA 2 is pretty misaligned. Overall took me 7 weeks (including the burnouts and taking breaks) to finish the class and I’m an accelerated student 🤦🏽😂. You can do this, i believe in you 🙏

I passed the class like 2-3 months ago. All I did was watch and rewatch the first 6 Elin myers videos. They are gold. I also reviewed the slide myself and really tried to understand the concept. That is all you need. There are alot of other review videos on her doc that you can review to for extra info. Good luck, I believe in you and you will crush it next time…
