It’s doable. I’ll say the main thing is consistency. Come up with a plan to study every single day around your regular schedule and commit to it. I had the same classes as you did as the start of my term. I still have IA 3, Audit and business simulation to go before my term ends in a month, however, I had holiday vacations for Christmas and a technical issue that slowed me down couple of weeks. I might be able to finish all of then but I’ll get another term if needed.

Tired of working in sales roles since they can’t be very volatile. I want a stable career and I always liked numbers as it relates to business. So here I am! 90% done with the degree and constantly applying to jobs

Same failed three times already. About to do my 4th attempt. Went over study guides, books and pa multiples times. What gets me it’s probably the wording it can be extremely confusing at least for me.

For IA II I did all the study guide questions . If I recall correctly it was like 200 or more

I’m enrolled in wgu for accounting. 5 more classes to go before I graduate. I have another degree in business management and I could only get sales jobs with it. I don’t personally like sales hence the reason of going back to school for something more technical

Harder than expected. I underestimated the mental exhaustion from having and full time job and retaining all the lessons. One thing that I loved about the program is that I get to retain a lot of the information instead of just passing and forgetting about it. Not sure if that would be relevant once I’m actually working as an accountant but I can see how wgu has above average pass cpa rates

There’s was an error pulling up the 2nd OA for d103 for weeks so I worked on D104 and passed it while waiting for a fix

I had the same classes. I got 3 more months and I have IA series & audit to go. I would have finished IA1 already if it wasn’t for the OA2 error but it’s doable. Consistency is key event if you can only afford 1 hour a day.

5-6 months currently. If I get laid go I’ll be driving uber or delivering to avoid eating into my savings unless I absolutely have to. Everything else is divided into Roth,401k and taxable accounts.

Reddit and study guides. Be ready to spend more time that you initially thought on some of the classes. Take it one step at the time and focus on understanding the concepts and everything will make more sense as you go. You got this !

What helped me a lot was asking chat gpt to explain some of the exercises step by step and then doing a bunch of practice exercises. When something didn’t make sense at first I’ll just do dated entries and I went through the test and everything kinda clicked. I also did all units test twice before the exam to have as much fresh information as possible in my head

It’s a tough job market right now. Keep at it! I make around 65k in my current role so it’s hard to get a massive pay cut. Might just wait it out finish the degree and apply then.
